Ennstal farmhouse duck and loin of suckling pig
in a honey crust, served with red cabbage and serviette dumplings
Cheesy noodles with coleslaw
Homemade Kaiserschmarrn-style pancake
with stewed plums
When booking, the customer must stipulate spare ribs and fried chicken or farmhouse duck and loin of suckling pig.
The vegetarian alternative is always offered with both main courses, as is spontaneous selection of both soups.
