Winter Grill 2017 with Johann Lafer

Austria's biggest winter grill party returned 26.3.2017 on the Schladminger Planai. Around 300 guests heated things up at the Schafalm. A 3-course menu was prepared on the grill at 1800m above sea level.

Johann Lafer, whose idea this event was, was in high spirits and a joking mood on stage.

His specially created menu pushed the culinary skills of his guests for 3 hours. The menu included Styrian spring chicken with apple salad, veal filet with dumpling soufflé and a chocolate soufflé with ginger sauce and vanilla ice cream.
