Begin your dream of a future together on the summit of the Planai at 1900m above sea level. A dream we have helped countless happy couples from near and far to fulfill for almost a decade.
Both civil, church as well as free betrothals are possible, with additional details provided below.
A mountaintop ceremony costs 500€ for couples and includes complete organization, rental of the space as well as set-up and pull-down before and after the ceremony.
Permanently installed at the actual "Summit Place" is a wooden structure with a sun-sail, protecting the bridal couple as well as their guests from hot temperatures and light rain.
If the summit wedding is not possible due to bad weather, there are several alternatives depending on the type of wedding.
Yet another highlight is a ride up for the happy couple on the new "VIP gondola", while the rest of the guests will take the new Planai 10-passenger gondola.
From the mountain station, an easy walk of around 10 minutes will bring you to the Planai summit. For this, sturdy shoes are recommended.
For guests with physical limitations, as well as those who are pregnant or have an injury, we do offer a free shuttle service from the mountain station to the summit.

FREE BETROTHALS
"True love stories never end!"
Event manager Mario Egger has organized countless weddings in recent years and now also offers free weddings for "his" bridal couples on the summit of the Planai at 1,900m above sea level!
The free wedding ceremony is designed according to the personal wishes of the bride and groom and the wedding speech is written individually.
Whether soulful, relaxed, natural, romantic, humorous or honest - Mario Egger will find the right mix for your personal wedding on the Schladming Planai in mutual discussions!
If, unfortunately, the weather does not cooperate with a free wedding, the wedding can alternatively be held in the Schafalm.
CHURCH WEDDINGS

In addition to weddings at the protestant or catholic churches in Schladming, you can also have a church ceremony on Planai summit. You are also welcome to bring your own pastor with you from "home".
